J-FIT Charge WIFI/variousWIFI warranty and exchange acceptance
① Apply for warranty/exchange
- Please read the warranty terms in the instruction manual using the QR code included with the product.

Please go to FITSIM Market ( contact us here ) and write "Device warranty / exchange application" in the content field and press the send button.
- We will contact you at the email address you provided, so please reply with the following information: 1 ) your name, address, and phone number, 2) symptoms of the malfunction, 3 ) a photo of the malfunctioning area (not necessary if there is no change in appearance), 4 ) a photo of the back of the unit showing the IMEI number , and 5 ) a photo of your proof of purchase ( online purchase history).
- Based on your reply, we will let you know whether the warranty applies.
(The warranty attached to the QR code included with the product will not be used.)

② Send the product to the warranty and exchange center

④After the product arrives at the Warranty/Exchange Center, we will confirm payment of the repair fee and then carry out the exchange.
As a general rule, the Warranty and Exchange Center will notify you by email of the completion of the warranty / exchange within 5 business days.

We will return the item as soon as we can arrange for a replacement.
